Finding Flow "Refinement" Program
Finding Flow "Refinement" Program
The fourth part of my Finding Flow Online course series is directed to practitioners who already have a foundation in floor and acrobatics. Here we will refine the elements we have already learned in previous courses and go into detail, achieving a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
Description
Description
In addition to the refinement of already learnt content, we will go deeper into the topics of “Improvisation” and “Free Form” in this course. How can the different elements be used in an open setting? In addition, new techniques are also learned in the course, which enable an even more detailed communication with the floor. After completion of the three Finding Flow courses you will have a comprehensive repertoire of movements which will enable you to practice in a playful way. The floor will be your friend, which you will not want to miss in your practice.

I Nil,
Thanks for asking, I am following your advices, watching your videos and getting this in my practices whatever for my courses, afterwork when I am already available and in confidence with this exercices, for the others I still need to install more commitment on weekly basis to enhance my flow. It’s getting better and organised.
Thanks 🙏, take care.

For me, this course is one of the best I have done with Nil. In addition to improving certain acrobatic moves, you also get a deeper insight into the world of improvisation. The perspectives from which Nil looks at this topic are unique and open up many more possibilities to play with your moves. I discovered a lot of new things and really enjoyed feeling how the movements flowed more smoothly into each other and whole sequences became more continuous.
