How long do I have access to the material and program?
-> You can keep the Program forever.

Are the videos downloadable?
-> All videos are uploaded as not-listed to YouTube, downloading is possible but not recommended.

What is the difference between the Atelier and the Lab?
-> The Lab focuses more on basic Acrobatic Patterns and the ways how these could be varied. The Atelier focuses more on creativity in motion, both in the skills and especially how they can be used to create transitions, sequences and "acrobatic paintings".

Are these follow-along type classes?
-> No, the programs offer great and in depth breakdown videos but not in follow-along style.

What experience do I need for this program?
-> The Acrobatics Atelier is not recommended for total beginners, better start with the Basics or Integrations program. It starts slow but then really goes deep - recommended for people with a basic understanding in acrobatics, floor practice and moving freely. Also recommended for dancers and other professionals wanting to improve their acrobatics.

  • All of Nil's courses are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced mover, each course includes clear progressions that allow you to start at the appropriate level for your current abilities. You don't need to be flexible, strong, or athletic to begin - the courses guide you step-by-step from foundational movements to more advanced skills. The focus is on listening to your body and progressing at your own pace, not on meeting arbitrary standards.

  • Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access to all materials. There are no time limits or deadlines. You can learn at your own pace, revisit lessons as many times as you need, and come back to the content months or even years later. The courses are designed to support your long-term movement practice, not to rush you through a rigid timeline.

  • Nothing! All courses are designed to be practiced with just your body and enough space to move. No special equipment, gym membership, or expensive gear required. This means you can train anywhere - at home, in a park, or while traveling. Nil's approach focuses on building fundamental body control and awareness that doesn't depend on external tools.

  • Each course combines a detailed PDF guide with high-quality video demonstrations. Many programs include clear session templates and structured progressions, while others are designed as flexible roadmaps that guide your practice without a strict week-by-week schedule. You’ll always find clickable links inside the PDF that take you directly to the matching video lessons where Nil demonstrates each movement in detail.

Depending on the program, the structure can range from short, focused sessions of 20–40 minutes (common in the smaller “Know Thy Body” Minis) to more comprehensive acrobatic practices of 60–90 minutes. Regardless of format, every course is designed to be easy to navigate, clearly explained, and adaptable to your personal level and practice rhythm.

  • You're not alone in your practice. Every course purchase includes access to a private community where you can connect with other students, share your progress, and get support. You can also reach out directly to Nil via email with questions about the material or your practice.

For those seeking more personalized guidance, 1:1 mentorship options are available where you can work directly with Nil to address your specific needs and goals. The courses are self-guided, but support is always available when you need it.

  • While YouTube offers scattered tips and individual exercises, Nil's courses provide a complete, structured path from where you are now to where you want to be. Each course follows a proven week-by-week progression that builds systematically on itself, with educational lectures explaining the "why" behind each method.

You'll understand not just what to do, but how to adapt exercises to your current level, how to progress safely, and how to troubleshoot challenges. Instead of piecing together random videos and hoping they work together, you get a comprehensive program designed to deliver real, lasting results - with detailed PDF guides, professional video instruction, and a supportive community all in one place.

  • Most smaller programs can be practiced in short 20–40 minute sessions, while the more comprehensive acrobatics programs naturally take longer and may require around an hour or more. You can make progress with just 2 sessions per week, and if you have more time, you can practice more frequently - all courses are designed to adapt to your schedule and pace.

What an awesome teacher!

Nil's style is beautiful, and he breaks down complex moves so that anyone can start practicing with a clear direction. Something I love about his programming is that it's clean and direct, he simplifies the practice as much as it can be simplified, but no more. What an awesome teacher!

 I love how it's structured

As always, Nil delivers a beautifully designed program with step-by-step progressions. What makes this program stand out is that these moves aren't taught in isolation—you also learn how to integrate them and also learn different variations.

You won't want to miss this.

I've purchased online courses from many different soft acrobatic and flow movement practitioners. Nil's courses have been my favorite. The way he organizes his course material and they way he presents it, with clear and purposeful progressions is the absolute best.
