The „mastering rolls“ program by Nil filled a gap in my movements which I was struggling with for quite a while. Im a movement specialist on the ground for many years, but rolling felt always like my weakness. With Nils guidance, I found a very smooth and suitable entrance into it. The program is full of helpful tips, details and inspiration to learn rolls and to develop your own skill with it. The best thing about it is that I feel like I can study with this program for a very long time, find more depth and keep on learning.

I completed a few online courses with Nil and this one, the Finding Flow Integrations is one of my favorites! The way he conducted it was fantastic, I truly felt that I gained something of all the informations he gave me. He always addressed all of my questions, the grading system, as well as helped the troubleshoot mastery of skills. He always took his time to explain everything well, making you always feel comfortable with the informations being given.Very very happy. Recommend it to all people, doesn’t matter on which level or age you are starting.

Nils style is beautiful, and he breaks down complex moves so that anyone can start practicing with a clear direction. Something I love about his programming is that it's clean and direct, he simplifies the practice as much as it can be simplified, but no more. What an awesome teacher!

It’s always such a pleasure to be a part of Nils’s workshops. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, with practitioners of all levels eager to help and support one another. Nil breaks concepts down to their foundations and offers clear ways to apply them, along with thoughtful cues and plenty of time to explore and play with intention.
I always come away with fresh perspectives and structures that deepen my practice and help me break through areas where I’ve felt stuck.

Last year we had the privilege of hosting Nil for his workshop at Movement Amsterdam. Nil is such an easy-going and relaxed guy. Genuinely one of the nicest people we’ve had the pleasure to work with. He differentiates really well between individuals, making sure everyone works at their own level. Nil takes the time to explain why you do certain exercises and where they can lead, which makes the experience both insightful and inspiring. 10/10. can’t wait to host another workshop with him next year. Definitely a must-go if you get the chance.

When the world becomes a huge playground.. For my 40ties Birthday my family made me the best present I could imagine. They signed me up for Nils "five days intensive“ Workshop in Munich. After this I signed myself up for more … and more to come!

I love the calm but also explorative atmosphere Nil creates! So many different people and personalities from all over the globe with different levels in their movement journey and Nil connects us all in a gentle and beautiful way so you can also learn from each other and feel safe exploring things without judgment. Nil is very skilled as a teacher to build homogeneous groups in a short time. I love it and as a musical theatre coach I adapted some of Nils practice preparations. Works beautifully!

He prepares the participants step by step not just physically but also mentally for the different acrobatic tasks. Nil builds up those complex movements from the bottom which makes it less scary to increase the depth of the skills bit by bit so the brain can adapt each step and gets comfortable with more complex stuff. He provides huge space to feel and explore yourself with new things. Lots of fun and effective games and Partner work makes me feel like my 7 year old self exploring movement in nature and different environments. Rolling, twisting, falling and catching myself or the others isn‘t just huge joy but builds so much confidence in my strength and abilities. This is so liberating to feel that the world becomes a huge playground.

I've purchased online courses from many different soft acrobatic and flow movement practitioners.Nil's courses have been my favorite. The way he organizes his course material and they way he presents it, with clear and purposeful progressions is the absolute best. The Finding Flow Basics especially I have chewed on and savored for many months. There is a lot of good stuff in here including warmups, conditioning, acrobatics, crawling, improvisational and creative tasks, rolling, pivoting, floorwork, fun challenges, and combos and it all comes together beautifully like pieces of a puzzle. Whether you are a beginner or even an experienced mover, you won't want to miss this foundational and rich course.

Ultimate Arching Guide. As always,Nildelivers a beautifully designed program with step-by-step progressions into the world of arching. I love how it's structured around different arching types, allowing you to see the connections between movements and how mastering one naturally supports the next. For example, you start with Reversoa and gradually progress into Heli. What makes this program stand out is that these moves aren't taught in isolation—you also learn how to integrate them and also learn different variations.

This is not a standard program to start and finish in three months and move on. What Nil is offering is a movement language that will grow and evolve with you for a lifetime of Practice. A cathartic and beautiful Practice that will invite you to step outside of your limitations and discover new parts of yourself. This program has helped me evolve not just as a mover but as a human being. Get used to freaking out onlookers as they watch you crawl around on the floor week by week, slowly evaporating into Flow state.

Training with Nil is pure joy and a great experience. I had the opportunity to participate in several ofNil's workshops and intensives, each of which was a turning point in my movement practice. I've always admired the way Nil leads workshops. The way he explains and proposes movement is very clear, thoughtful, and tailored to individual abilities. Thanks to these experiences, I've learned to enjoy my practice and push my limits in a safe environment- always supported by him and the group.

I’ve attended two of Nil’s workshops over the years, and both were amazing in their own way. I’d highly recommend them to any mover, whether you’re an experienced dancer or just starting to explore new, playful ways of moving. The workshops are packed with great warm-ups, fun games and tasks, plenty of technical material to learn, and also some chill, restorative stuff to balance it out. It’s also an awesome space to meet like-minded people and make friends! And don’t be intimidated by Nil’s wild acrobatic videos. He has a great way of breaking things down with lots of variations that challenge every level. And the best part, Nil himself is a super unique character that is worth experiencing. Bottom line: if you’ve ever watched his videos, you liked his vibe and thought, “I kinda want to move like that,” then you should for sure go for it!

I’ve attended several of Nil’s workshops, and I absolutely loved them! The structure is perfectly balanced: there’s a focus on learning skills and techniques (Nil is an excellent teacher!) while also plenty of room for exploration and improvisation, inspired by Nil’s own practice. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, allowing everyone to engage at their own pace, but also super stimulating. Nil consistently brings new insights and each workshop is a unique experience!
