Digital content that is made available immediately after purchase is non-refundable once access has been provided. By purchasing such content, you expressly agree to waive your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer rules for digital content.

VI. Cancellation and Refund

1. Workshops (In Person or Online)

No refunds or cancellations are possible for in-person workshops. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute in your place, provided you notify us by email at info@nilteisner.de at least 24 hours before the workshop date.

2. Online Programs (Digital Content)

By purchasing online programs or courses (digital content) from Nil Teisner, you acknowledge and agree that access to the content will be provided immediately after purchase.
You understand and accept that, under EU consumer law, the statutory 14-day withdrawal (cancellation) period does not apply once the digital content has been made available and execution of the contract has begun.
