Description
Description
Welcome to Macaco 101, a program designed to teach you all that you need to know in order to transform your Cartwheel into a beautiful Macaco. But we won’t stop here - we’ll take it even further and learn how to play with various Macaco variants and create interesting moves.
The Macaco is wanted by many - and rightfully so. It is a beautiful move that can be the first step into the so called “Backwards World“ - the space behind your body, the blind spot. Often fear is the reason we can not perform this beautiful move, so befriending exactly this fear is what is going to be the first step in this program.
You'll be first introduced to more basic patterns and ideas that already allow plenty of exploration. Later, you'll apply all that you have learned in various scenarios: from sequences to open form tasks, technical studies and more.
Of course the material is presented in high quality video breakdowns, text and illustration. The PDF that you'll receive is beautifully designed, neatly organized and intuitive to use. You'll receive practice structures and plenty of tips not only for the what (content) but also the how (learning process).

Im feeling confidence in the process to the get goal
Macaco 101 Program is a fantastic experience. Nil ‘s approach and innovative teaching methods make the course both educational and enjoyable. The course is well-organized, covering everything from warm-up exercises to advanced techniques. I particularly appreciated how his creative approach to progressions and landing techniques helps build confidence and improve your skills steadily. Amazing job Nil!
Nils macaco training plan is thoughtfully structured, breaking the movement down into clear, progressive steps that build a strong foundation. It feels well-paced and intentional, making it a reliable resource for both beginners and those refining their technique.
As a person who has been struggling to perfect this move for years, I can say this program is truly a comprehensive guide to mastering macacos.
It is packed with drills to develop strength and coordination. I think you can benefit from it even if you can somewhat already do the move, as there are methods to refine the technique and also learn other variations of it.
What makes this program special is that, besides offering super detailed and high-quality guidance (video explanations, concept maps, etc.), it also kinda forces the student to take an active approach.
You can follow a step-by-step, linear learning path or go for a more multidisciplinary, free-flowing approach.
Personally, I started with a more structured method (the program provides super precise and effective programming examples with sets/reps/practice tips, etc.), but over time, I naturally shifted into a more "exploratory" way of practicing.
And this is where the program really shines, it’s packed with variation moves that are not only fun to execute but also connect incredibly well with the macaco (like s-dobrado and hybrid cartwheels).
I can only recommend it to anyone looking to start from scratch with the macaco, but also to those wanting to explore new variations beyond the classic ones and integrate them into their flow.
